How do I cancel TAC/Explicit sub?

Hi,

I hope someone here can help me. I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to cancel subscriptions to both the Adult Channel and Explicit. I've written to the addresses below but my credit card is still being billed and I'm still receiving both channels. Can anyone give me some advice?. TIA

just tell your bank to stop your direct debit payment to them, simple as that

Give your card company a call and tell them unauthorised payments are being charged to your card. They'll ask you to send supporting documentation, so send copies of any letters sent to those channels and they'll refund disputed payments.

Thanks for that info tigertim and dan. I'll write to my credit card supplier and ask them to sort it out for me.

Not if the payment is by continuous credit card authority, then the only person who can stop it are the company taking the money. Never pay for anything using this method as the card company will bill you even if you stop the card.
