I know I 'm replying to my own thread here- but looks like we all missed the obvious- me included.

Far from being someone who hides his details- macdaddy provides his 'real name'- MacNaney-, his Yahoo! nick and an email address on blueyonder.co.uk if you read his profile.

And he was me thinking such a nut would naturally hide everything...just goes to show you can't make assumptions.....
