walters is correct if you ordered from www.erovideo.nl then contact Aline Bakhuis on the site telephone Tel + 31 546 823440 ive never had a problem with erovideo.nl if you delt with this other the erovideo.com ! then hard luck stop f....king complaining and give Aline a call she will sort your order out.
