I've dealt with Michael for a long time and I know that he gets a lot of emails from 'dickheads' who are just time wasters. I suggest if you want to be taken seriously then first you call him and tell him who you are, what you do, who you sell to and what you would like the girl to do!
This will let Michael know that you are serious and will get you the desired reply you are looking for.
He's only a small agency with two people, who only work 9 - 5 monday to friday, but he does get some great new girls so it's worth the effort to make contact.
