Hardcore stills - curious?

Whilst perusing some hardcore shoots I got to wondering about the actual method of doing them, especially in the case of models who we know have not done any hardcore video work, i.e. Adele Stephens & Natasha Vale.
Is the guy just 'sticking the dick in' for a second whilst the still is taken or are they actually fucking and allowing the cameraman to take pictures as and when?
If it's the former, sure must be frustrating for the guy, keeping wood for a period with no joy at the end so to speak!? Or do they get down to it when the shoot is finished to 'relieve the tension!'????

In the old days you had to stay out, until the final whistle then you could and usually did go crazy, as for the lovely Ms Vale, the set we did was certainly fucking. lucky me.

Looking at the film doc "Tania Rusoff; the Story" in which she did stills and vid, one of the still sessions is videoed from a behind the scenes pov, and it is pretty much normal fucking but slowing down when the photographer tells them to so that he can take the picture. It's not as angle oriented (ie. "Oi, move your arm, the camera can't see you're pussy") and they just slowly build it up until ready for the end shot. Quite revealing.

How about the sets with Teresa May and Sammy Jessop, that must have been really difficult to keep out. Still its a tough job but somebody has to do it.
