The site is based in Lauderdale, Miami so I'm not surprised that Verotel, who are in Holland, are the cc processors. US companies are very wary at the moment of processing for sites where the model is under 18 whether there are nude or non nude pics on the site.
CCBill recently forced a site to change a models info, after they received proof that she was really 18, after some US based webmasters complained. That site also used wording generally regarded as illegal in it's meta tags to entice surfers or would be paedofiles!!!
