R18 seems to be same as 'no cert'?

Hi everyone, just bought my first R18 film and I can't tell the difference from the old un-certified films! The R18 is hardcore from start to finish and I can't see that its 'softer' in any way. Is there a difference?

I am trying to find somewhere where I can find out the year a particular Ben Dover movie came out. Many sites give details of who is in it/plot details/cum shots etc but where can I find out the year of production?

Some years ago I had European satellite tv which showed Ben's movies regularly, but they always had different titles anyway, so I was hoping to find out what era these movies came from. Can anyone help?

Useful for softcore titles, but The listing there of Sex in Public Places is wrong afaik.

Sex in Public places...yeh I think I have seen this title, Any idea who made the video, If it wasn't Ben? I think it was a dutch Imported version I saw. It was very much in the style of Ben Dover, but not as great as Ben's work. Some fine women in it though, Lorraine Ansell scene was really good, it was all outdoors. Are there 3 parts to this video series? If so who's in the other parts?

As I understand it he made two, which had 'Ben Dover presents' in the credits without Ben's permission, for the same lot who put out Henry's British Tarts (which had the same unjustified use of 'Ben Dover presents' in the credits) and who also released Ben Dover Volume 1, 2, etc., and these together account for the missing Ben Dover volume numbers.




Then he (Vinny Curran) moved to X-Kiss and made another, I assume the one listed on imdb and here.



In the course of making the next (I think) he got arrested with Georgette Neale at Heathrow airport and there was a notorious court case. However it is not clear if this was number 4 altogether or number four for X-Kiss.
