I know it's very unlikely but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get hold of a copy of Mary Millington's 'autobiography' - The Amazing Mary Millington. Also after a piece about her from The Guardian from 1996.

Its under the title 'Amazing Mary Millington' from 1979, but its out of stock for the time being, but have you read Simon Sheridans book? Excellent.
