Oh dear. Ordered a DVD from this site nearly 3 months ago now and I'm STILL waiting to see any sign of it !! I have e-mailed them and got a "I've just moved house" message but that was nearly 5 weeks ago now...
Anyone else had problems ordering from here or did I just pick a crap time of the year to order from them?

As some of you may be aware I do quite a lot of work for glimpse-it and they've asked me to reply to this.
Glimpse-it is run by very nice and entirely reliable people who have, to the best of my knowledge, never ripped anyone off. Indeed, I would be shocked if they ever did.
They have just moved house but if Mr. Moonlight has genuine problems with an order if he contacts them again I'm sure they will sort it out immediately. However, I believe that this may be a malicious post because I am assured that they have no orders outstanding for more that 14 days and never have. If Mr. Moonlight is the person glimpse-it think it is he's had his order filled twice and been refunded! That's how customer friendly they are although after all this they did tell him to er, go away.
So Mr. Moonlight either get in touch with them again or perhaps you'd care to explain why you've posted such nonsense.

Oh dear. I'm sure they are nice people - they sent me a nice reply to the first e-mail I sent them.
Unfortunately, I have seen and heard nothing from them since then. I re-checked my bank account yesterday for any sign of the refund you state was made - no sign of anything.
The order was placed way back in May and unless my Math is very bad, I make that well in excess of 14 days claimed here.
Rather than get into unpleasantness here, I will contact them for a 4th time and see if I get any reply. I will update here as and when anything is forthcoming - good or bad.

Polite e-mail sent and polite reply received (no animosity here, just trying to sort out a problem).
Turns out the order hadn't been logged as the credit card used was of the wrong type. Problem was, the e-mail sent to confirm this was 'bounced' at my end by a rather over-excited spam blocker (makes a change!).
Upshot is a new order placed with the site, a minor change to some software and my posting this clairification here to 'right any wrong impression given'.
No malicious posts (Wendy), no hostility - just a simple communication problem now resolved amicably.
End of story.
