Cenobitez - Wouldn't a list of photographers and producers who are reliable not be a better solution? If people are risk adverse, they could just only accept work from them.

Sounds like a great idea stockie but then you'd need a visa merchant account or you need them to pay when you send them a bill for a no-show.
With a Visa card number they could call their credit card company and ask for a charge back or they'll just ignore your bill.
I do like the idea though.
