Obviously getting a little off topic... As far as I could see those links there was only one complaint upheld, against Radio 5's report in 1999. Now that's a story. Unfortunately if it's the sort of thing that people think gets onto BBC Current Affairs then I'm in the wrong business! Rob, Well the r18 issue was only one thing that has come up so far. If some companies are getting around it then from my understanding is that it would make it harder for other companies to work within the regulations.
