Tried website but found it disappointing. Punters tend to sign up to see specific girls and I have shot with 100s of different girls so it did not work out.

I would say yes. Once A has agreed to sell the rights of content to B, B can do what they want as it is their property. Potential conflict arises if , in the meantime A had sold content to x,y,z. If X Y Z had bought content from A then they own it and can do what they will with it. However, if X Y Z ...
