that would be the girl, not the old fella....

There is a likeness there, but the girl in your link looks more hard-faced, less pretty than the first one.

As an aside, the original girl looks like Dr Cox's wife in Scrubs (3rd picture, fourth line.) Hmm, now that's a nice thought...
