You could try www.videoredo.com. It's basic, but it lets you chop things up and output them as full-screen mpegs. Depending on what sorts of files you're working with, you might even get on with Windows Movie Maker - assuming you have a PC and it's installed.

Currently No. 1 in the PSP chart, and No. 6 in the iPod chart. I think that's pretty good.

I've not heard from the BBFC yet, but the film should be out on dual-layer DVD (it is 3h 43 mins of full-on filthy fucking fun 'n' frolics!) soon.
